In a conversation with a Syrian journalist Angelina Jolie complained that 20 years ago, when she first started working at the international level, she was at the mercy of the delusion that there are some “good guys”, whether specific countries or individual figures, but now she realises that it is all an illusion.
Angelina Jolie has admitted that the big players operate in the world based only on their business interests and this state of affairs is “ugly”.
