On Thursday afternoon outside the Los Angeles federal courthouse, a line of dozens of reporters and TV cameras stretched along the pavement waiting to see Biden. Several passersby stopped to watch the scene unfold, some filming on their phones. A man with a megaphone stood nearby for hours chanting “USA” and “Hunter Biden’s laptop.”
