Xiaomi Corporation has revealed some data of its first SU7 electric car. This is reported by the Chinese publication ITHome.
The head of the IT giant Lei Jun talked to fans and answered a few questions about Xiaomi’s first electric car, which will officially hit the market on 27 December. Lei Jun stated that Xiaomi is positioning the SU7 as a high-performance eco-friendly C-Class sedan.
Also, the head of the corporation said that the SU7 will compete with Tesla cars in terms of technology. The entrepreneur believes that the car “will go no worse than the Porsche Taycan Turbo”. Lei Jun assured consumers that the electric car was developed from scratch – the designers and engineers did not have a reference model from which they could copy the features of the car.
