Computer manufacturers are going to produce computers with inbuilt support for artificial intelligence (AI). This is reported by Computerworld.
Canalys estimates that in 2024, every fifth PC on the market – or more than 170 million units of devices – will have built-in AI support. Such devices will receive chips adapted for complex calculations and for processing a large amount of data.
The piece says that nearly 60 per cent of PCs with AI will be released for organisations and businesses. “After that, their adoption will grow rapidly, especially in the commercial sector, where the benefits of AI on devices related to performance, security and cost management will become a key business driver,” the experts emphasised.
