In the United States, scientists have discovered an abnormally small bear cub. About it writes UPI.
In the state of Arizona, wildlife experts came across a one-year-old bear cub weighing only about seven kilograms. That said, size aside, the cub appeared to be perfectly healthy. The tiny animal was found in a neighbourhood of the city of Tucson and transported to a special nature park for bears Bearizona Wildlife Park.
“All bear cubs in the U.S. are born closer to January or February, so this little guy should weigh about 32 pounds at this time of year,” Dave O’Connell, Bearizona’s zoologist and chief operating officer, said in a press release.
